CSCS just informed us that the data center's '''cooling infrastructure''' will be undergoing maintenance on '''Wednesday, 21 September 2016'''. Since Euler cannot operate without cooling, we are forced to shut down all compute nodes on this day.

CSCS informed us that the data center's cooling infrastructure will be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday, 21 September 2016, which will require a complete shutdown of Euler.

In addition, the Networks group of ETH will take this opportunity to upgrade the main router at CSCS the evening before this maintenance.


Euler will therefore be off-line from Tuesday evening, 20 September until Wednesday evening, 21 September.
