ColabFold

ColabFold is a protein-folding software. Mode details are available on the relevant GitHub page.

On Euler, two ColabFold containers has been imported from their official container registry. The documentation about them and how to use them is available here. The containers are located in /cluster/apps/nss/alphafold/containers/Colabfold.

We do not have the proper knowledge to test them. If you work with this software, please give it a try and do not hesitate to send feedback to cluster-support@id.ethz.ch.
