Euler Lustre maintenance (24 June 2019)

The Lustre filesystem /cluster/work on Euler is affected by a problem with the quota reporting system. It causes errors when querying the quota of any storage share in /cluster/work.

In order to fix this problem, we need to update the Lustre filesystem. The maintenance will take place on Monday 24 June 2019 8:30-9:30 AM. None of the other filesystems ($HOME, $SCRATCH, /cluster/project, etc.) is affected by this update.

Jobs running for less than 5 days will not be affected. Long running jobs (more than 5 days) that will not finish before the maintenance starts, could be affected (these jobs may hang) as /cluster/work will not be available.

As usual, jobs that cannot finish before the maintenance starts will be kept in the queue and start after the maintenance has finished.
