LSF 10.1 batch system upgrade

The LSF batch system is being upgraded from LSF 9.1 to LSF 10.1.

The new version brings performance and scheduling improvements, which are needed as the Euler cluster continues to expand.

There will be a short interruption of LSf service in the morning of 4 April 2017 during the upgrade. LSF commands such as bjobs and bsub will not work during this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
