No user support on Monday 31 July

Due to the Swiss national holiday Tuesday 1 August, most of the Cluster Support team will be absent Monday 31 July.

All non-critical support requests submitted between Saturday 29 July and Tuesday 1 August will be answered on or after Wednesday 2 August.
