Urgent maintenance to fix security vulnerability (CVE-2017-1000364)

Due to critical security vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel (CVE-2017-1000364) and glibc (CVE-2017-1000366), all login and compute nodes in Euler and Leonhard need to be patched and rebooted ASAP.

For this reason, all batch queues have been temporarily inactivated. They will be reactivated later today (22 June 2017) once a sufficient number of compute nodes have been patched and returned to production.
